Covid-19 Notice: 
Due to the arrival of the coronavirus, our supply chain and delivery times have been impacted over the last number of weeks. Subsequently, some products maybe difficult to source after purchase due to the uncertainty within the online retail sector. We shall endeavour to fulfill all received orders. However, if we experience difficulty in sourcing or in the shipment of any product, a full refund will be issued on all unfulfilled orders / purchases.

Free Shipping Policy
We use the term “Free Shipping” on the JustShop website. Please be aware that the “Free Shipping” policy, is only available to postal addresses on the island of Ireland. Products shipped outside of this jurisdiction will incur additional carriage fees. Some larger and oversized products will incur additional charges, however any extra charges will be posted on the product page.  

Shipping & Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch goods stocked in Ireland within 5 working days on the island of Ireland. However, some products listed have additional delivery lead in times (check the bottom of each product page). Please allow 8/10 workings days after the dispatch date for products shipped direct from mainland Europe. Whenever possible we will send orders next day subject to stock levels in Ireland. We will advise you of receipt of order as soon as possible and of any delays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and any time between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm. All deliveries are within normal business hours only and we cannot provide a specific delivery time to customers as it depends solely on each individual couriers schedule. Be very specific with all your details and make sure that they are correct at the time of purchase. All orders require a contact phone number, and all deliveries require a signature. Please check all deliveries for any damage in the presence of the courier. Once the goods are signed for we can not accept any liability for damage. Below we have the delivery and carriage cost.   

• Free Shipping* on all products up to the 30kg only the island of Ireland. (up to 5 days delivery time)
• Products or items exceeding the 32kg weight restriction will carry a shipping fee of €10.00
• Products or items exceeding the 32kg weight restriction will incur multiples of €10.00 thereafter.
• Products purchased and destined to the UK mainland will incur a shipping fee of €25.00 (up to 25kg)
• Products or items exceeding the 25kg weight restriction will incur multiples of €25.00 thereafter.
• We employ the services of DPD, Couriers a well known, reputable and a fully insured company.
• We employ the services of An Post Couriers for all shipping into mainland Europe.
• For all other purchases outside of Ireland and into the UK, please contact us by email for a tariff quotation. 

Shipping Times:
Office Hours 9.00 - 6.00 Daily. Mon - Fri Only. No deliveries on Sat, Sunday or Bank Holidays.

Personal Pick-Up: This service is available to our customers. However, we do require 48 hours prior notification. This includes the time and date you wish to pick-up the product(s) from our warehouse. It allows us enough time to pick and pack the product(s) ready for collection.  

Reverse Pick-Up Fee: A fee of €20.00 is charged for all reverse pick-up's up to 32kg. Payable to JustShop.ie.

Saturday Delivery: FastWay Couriers do deliver on Saturday. However this incurs and additional carriage fee. Click Here To View Tariff 

UK Customers
Our UK customers who wish to buy a product from JustShop.ie, can purchase an Additional Carriage Ticket for all orders into the UK Mainland. This includes, England, Scotland and Wales. To buy your Additional Carriage Fee

Changes in Shipping Tariffs:
Couriers may change their carriage tariffs with short notice. It will not effect the cost of the product. We will inform all our customers and visitors if our main carrier should decide to increase their tariffs.

All orders received will be despatched within 5 working days.

Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped by the following Tuesday.

All items are sent by recorded delivery and tracked via a number of reputable carriers, including.. Fastway Couriers, DPD Couriers, TSN Couriers, Tuckmill Transport, Breen Transport, JP Transpeed.
